A recent addition to my MiniDisc recorder collection. I never had the N910 back in the day but remember it well. It was a higher-end model slightly later in the Sony line-up. It was NetMD, it's possible to hook it up to a computer via USB. There are a few projects online like Web MiniDisc Pro that work today.
However, it was not the most advanced MiniDisc recorder. That is reserved for the devices that support 1GB Hi-MD MiniDiscs. My most sought-after MiniDisc recorder would be the Sony RH1, which supports Hi-MD and has a sleek OLED display. Unfortunately, they are so old now that it's common for the displays on these to continually get dimmer and stop working, requiring a complicated replacement.
