The Xiaomi Mi LED lamp served me well for many years but I found myself wanting something a bit more substantial after getting my larger desk—something that could also serve as a great webcam light in a pinch too.
I landed on the Edge Light 2.0 by Lume Cube. They make all sorts of professional lighting solutions so it was the first place I looked. You can adjust brightness and color temperature with a nice touch-sensitive slider. It also has a USB-A port on the back, but I don't use it to charge my phone as I found the charging rate to be pretty slow.
The main thing I like about this lamp is how tall it can get when fully extended, which helps spread the light across the desk better without being harsh.
