I'm quite familiar with how fun and versatile little Raspberry Pi computers are. Back in 2016 I wrote about how I used a Raspberry Pi 3 to build a digital photo frame with a 10" 1920x1200 display. I recently picked up the Pi 5 and added on a third-party board that lets you connect a fast M.2 NVMe SSD.
I haven't found a dedicated project to use it for just yet, but it's quite a capable Linux desktop.
