LG OLED TV 65"

LG C9 OLED TV

I purchased the LG C9 OLED right when it came out in 2019. It's ridiculously thin. So much so that you're going to be paranoid about breaking it when you unbox it or try to move it to a new house. It's been amazing and I would get it again in a heartbeat. It's more than 5 years old now and I haven't had any issues at all.

OLED TVs known for extremely high contrast levels, deep blacks and vibrant colors at the expense of not being as bright as LED-backlit TVs. This makes it less than ideal for viewing in bright rooms. OLEDs also have the potential for screen burn-in. I can see that briefly at times when the Apple TV home screen is left on the screen for a while but it is extremely faint and goes away.

From now on, I will only ever buy OLED TVs (well, until MicroLED TVs are more of a thing).
