Casio F-B100W
I've loved my no-frills Casio F-91W for just over a year now. I added a custom green strap from an Etsy seller (RetrominWatches), and it's been exactly what I've needed. I had gotten tired of a bulky Apple Watch that was constantly buzzing.
Casio recently added a new model, the F-B100W, which builds upon the F-91W's simplicity but tastefully adds step tracking along with Bluetooth support. This does slightly impact battery life (from 7 years to 2 years) but it's a nice little boost in functionality. I'm still figuring it out, but I think it only syncs to your phone when you open the Casio app (which isn't the greatest app in the world) and then press the sync button on the bottom right of the watch.

Casio F-B100W and Casio F-91W
I don't really care too much about syncing my step count to my phone, but it does have a nifty time synchronization feature. It's always such a hassle to figure out the exact sequence of buttons to change the time when I travel.
My only nitpick is that it does not come in the same green as the F-91W that I liked. They have a teal model that I don't care for, so I went with black.
It launched internationally but is still hard to find on the U.S. Amazon store.
