Ifrogz, the producer of many iPod accessories including customizable silicone cases, which I reviewed a few months ago, has a new product out: their niche Tadpole line of cases for the iPod Video. The Tadpole is the first case I have seen that is anything like this - you can immediately tell that it was designed with children in mind (recommended ages 2+).
The Tadpole is constructed of dust-repellent silicone and as such is safe to have your kids handle, even if they drop it on the ground a few times. I can vouch for the sturdiness of the construction, although I do not own an iPod Video to test this out with. Regardless, if you have hyperactive kids and an iPod Video, the Tadpole case would make a fine add-on. It retails for 25 bucks and has two versions to fit the 5th generation 30GB and 60GB/80GB iPod Video models. The only thing it lacks is an integrated sippy cup.
As I mentioned above, I do not own an iPod Video to use the Tadpole case that ifrogz graciously sent me. Therefore I am giving it away. Just leave a comment of any sort using a valid email address. I will randomly select a winner using PHP's rand() function on Friday, December 1st and email the winner.
Speaking of ifrogz, they are holding a weekly drawing to give away 10,000 iTunes song credits. Each winner receives 100 iTunes songs.
