I actually get inspired to blog by talking to hilarious people and then I blog thereafter. Sitting around does very little for me, although sitting next to an animal or pet sometimes helps. (you know scratch their ear and stuff) The internet is too big and lonely to write on it alone. People and weird conversations inspire me. But whatever works.
