Transmit FTP App Updated

I forgot to mention this earlier, but better late than never – Panic has updated Transmit to version 3.5.6 to combat a large vulnerability. The patched vulnerability dealt with an “exploitable heap-based buffer overflow condition“. You can download the update at the usual place.

That’s version 3.5.6, not 3.6.5.

Am I the only one experiencing frequent crashes after the update? Transmit never crashed on me before this update.

Already updated it and so far, it hasn’t crashed upon me. But then again, I haven’t been using it all that much recently.

Odd i got the message that a new version is ready indeed. Only i do not meet the prereqs. i should have 10.4.9 it says but apple is still at 10.4.8. How did you install ??
