Pingdom is giving away a year of site monitoring service on their blog to anyone that signs up for Pingdom by 6am EST Saturday. They are giving away many accounts – “the equivalent of at least $60,000″ worth of service. I reviewed Pingdom last month and was very pleased with their interface and offerings.

thanks very much for the heads up .) nice xmas present.
Thanks for the heads up Paul, just signed up :)
Any reason why you are banned from digg? Not digging your own sites on different usernames where you?
@James, I’ve sent you an email but apparently your email wasn’t valid…
I believe I was banned for being on digg too many times/submitting my own stories. I guess that happens when you get on digg 25+ times.
Sweet! Just this morning I found a use for the feature for looking for certain text in the page but was bummed because I knew it was only a Pingdom thing. Thanks!!!
Thanks for the information, fortunately i was still able to get 1 year free subscription (2 hours and 2 minutes remaining time when i signup with them)
