Do you really know how many people could care less how much it costs to get their computer fixed as long as it is up and running again? You can read as many stories on Digg as you like, but it doesn't change the fact that the people keep pouring through the doors wanting their computer upgraded or fixed or whatever the case may be, and they aren't too terribly concerned as to how much money it's going to cost them. Also people just don't want to waste the time searching how to fix something when they can just take it to the store and get it fixed without worrying about it themselves.
