Zach over at Dopamine Addict has a good K2 modification tutorial. I’ve covered some of the things in my tutorials, but there are some nifty things he goes over that you could find useful. For example, a header that spans the entire page as well as assigning a header to a particular page. Go get some.
PaulStamatiou.com runs on the Thesis Theme for WordPress
Thesis is the search engine optimized WordPress theme of choice for serious online publishers. If you’re a blogger who doesn’t understand a lot of PHP, Thesis will give a ton of functionality without having to alter any code. For the advanced, Thesis has incredible customization possibilities via Thesis hooks.
With so many design options, you can use the template over and over and never have it look like the same site. The theme is robust and flexible enough not only to accommodate a site like PaulStamatiou.com, but also to enable the site to run far more efficiently than it ever has before.

Has anyone got the superheader code to work. I’ve tried everything and couldn’t get it to work.
Hey James, the code works. I did it myself before posting it. What seems to be the problem?
I don’t know, it just doesn’t seem to work. I cut a and past the #superheader code into my style sheet, and put in the new div in my head, and nothing happened.
Don’t cut and paste. I think the paste needs to be retyped into your own code using the editor of your choice.
Paul, did you give these guys permission for this?
No, thanks for letting me know…
I finally got the code to work some what, but the header seems to be appearing in the background. What am I doing wrong?
I got it working now.
Unfortunately, this link is broken.
@Robin – it appears as the blog I had linked to stopped using wordpress and as such doesn’t have that content up anymore. However if you want to find more about k2 search for “customizing k2″ on this site.
