I’ve Been Tagged - Four Things

Jan 22, 2006 in ,

It seems as though Darice has tagged me, so I must embark on a journey that is the list of four things. By the way, this is one of those hip new blog community activities.

If I tagged you, the rules are you have to come up with a list like this. No changing the categories, i.e. it has to be Four jobs I’ve had… etc. Bloggers should do this kind of thing more often, it’s rather fun. I only found out about it today after checking my mint stats and seeing Darice.org in there.

  1. Wow this game is rather interesting. Although it has one major flaw, if you don’t have Mint and the person who tagged you doesn’t notify you, this game goes nowhere.

  2. Yeah, I figured that… I emailed some of the people I’ve tagged as they probably don’t frequent my site too much - or not in time as I’d probably post enough in a week so that it’s not on the frontpage anymore.

  3. Ha, this happened to me a while back. None of the people I tagged did anything though!! I even commented on their blogs to tell them!! :(

  4. I’m surprised that this is new to you?

This business, propularly called a meme has been around for quite some time.

Some people loath them and others love them.

  5. How did this start and what are the rules?

  6. Your thoughts are just as good as mine. I asked Bryan about it and that’s how I found out the basics.

  7. It’s the equivalent of those chain mail emails you get from your wacky cousin, along with the blonde jokes and cake recipes. :) I don’t hate them, if they’re good questions… this one’s great… i hate the 20 questions list that asks for stupid things like your favorite color or what you ate for dinner last night.

  8. I found yer site because of this thing I’d never heard of and now I’m hooked! What a great way to find out who’s visiting who’s site and what-not. Since I sit around all day pretending to work for the man, it’s nice to find more out there related to the design & standards community. Rock on! Thanks for the space!

  9. I didnt know youve done this blog tag thing

    hahaha

  1. [...] Hah! I’ve been tagged by The man himself, Paul Stamatiou. Apparently, I get to share some information about myself, then pass it along. Like the book/music batons. It’s a neat idea that’s been spread through the blogosphere in various forms for quite a while now. And I like it. Networks people and makes the blog world a bit smaller. Personally, I’m flattered that Paul thought of me. [...]

  2. [...] Apparently I’ve been tagged (thanks Paul!). This isn’t the first time I’ve been tagged, but it is the first time I’ve actually followed through and continued the chain… [...]

  3. It’s not Top Gun, It’s the Top 4 Tagger…

Heard of the tagging by four: the new blogging community activity, it’s simple let me explain it to you. I’ve drawn below a list of Four Things and placed each group through a common category and down the list are four persons whom I have tagged. S……
