Flickr Does Prints
It’s about time Flickr can print photos. This is great news, finally I can do something with some of my better photos. I know lots of people that will take Flickr up on this new feature. Check out the Flickr blog for more info.
Over the last year, we’ve been asked 15,381 times, “How about printing? When are we going to get printing!?” Today we are happy to answer: “Today!” For now it is U.S. only (we know! we’re working hard on rolling it out everywhere!). You can order prints to be delivered by mail, or pick them up at your local Target store for one hour printing, even. In both cases, you get 10 free 4×6″ prints to get started.
Please let us know when they support printing for Europe. US is a great start :-)
No1san, i don’t know how soon they will support printing for Europe. One thing is for sure, that to support Greece it will take timeeee !!!!

Just an FYI - the cropping with Flickr has not yet been perfected…..I chose to pick some prints up at Target and was rather disappointed. I am almost dreading the photos I ordered that are being mailed, got a few more days til I see how bad those turned out. My plan for future orders is to crop and layout my photos with PhotoShop or something and then upload…..Maybe it would just be easier to go to Walmart…. lol
